Important Information

Visitor tours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday. You must call to arrange.
We do not allow walk ups, or guests that have not made a reservation. entrance into the resort. Guests are required to make a reservation in advance.
We are a private, member only, couples only, resort. All guests are required to have a valid membership. The Non-member price includes a $82 daily membership fee (couple)
Late Check-Ins (after 7:00pm) $35.00 fee.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 72 hours of arrival date, and no-shows, will incure a 100% charge. Cancellations prior to 72 hours will incure the $100 deposit.
By making a reservation, and visiting our park, you are agreeing to abide by, and be goverened by, all rules, regulations, terms and condiditons, posted on this website and at the park. Failure to do so will result in removal from the park with no refund on fees.

Rules

We are honored to have you as our guest and we look forward to making your visit relaxing in every way. Purple Peacock Resort is an adult only, clothing optional resort available for couples and singles to gather, socialize and develop relationships with like-minded friends in a safe and private environment.
In order to provide our guests with a safe and relaxing stay, we do have a few guideline rules to ensure our guests have a pleasant experience. Please note, rules are mandatory, no exceptions or you will be subjected to be escorted off the premise.
Clothing Optional means guests have the choice to enjoy the Resort in their level of comfort. Absolutely no harassment or judgment will be tolerated towards guests who choose to refrain from displaying any form of nudity.
All guests intending to use the facilities must register at office upon arrival and will complete designated registration forms, along with State Issued Photo ID.
Check-Out Time is 11.00 a.m. You are welcome to continue enjoying the resort amenities until 5pm on your day of check-out. If you plan on staying longer, please re-register at the office
No open sexual play or lewd behavior on the grounds.
No means No – no exceptions! And, the absence of a "No" is not a "Yes". Complaints or concerns will be address promptly. We have zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior.
Cameras and/or video equipment are not allowed in the public areas, and no photos will be taken around the pool complex area. Photos will ony be allowed in the Birdcage in front of backdrops, or when no other persons are visible in the photo. Please be considerate to our guests and take no photographs of a person without his/her permission. PPR management and staff has the right to ask to see photos on your device, and delete if necessary.
Observe good hygiene practices by draping a towel over any furniture you sit on.
Your guests must register, and pay the associated fees, prior to arrival.
Any and all deliveries must be met outside the gate. Under no circumstances should the gate code be given out. UPS, FedEx, and USPS all have gate access.

Observe designated clothing areas (office and around the front gate entrance).
Be respectful and courteous of others. Insults or abusive language towards other’s will not be tolerated. We take pride in the fact that our resort is a safe place for all. Intolerance of others is unacceptable.
No swimming, diving or wading in the pond.
No Firearms or illegal substances will be allowed in the resort. If you are caught sharing or selling you will be immediately evicted with no refund.
No smoking in all rooms or indoor facilities (including restrooms). Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas. Please be courteous of our guests when smoking in these areas and put your cigarette butts in the collection containers.
No Glass containers or bottles are permitted at the tanning deck, swimming pool / spa and restroom facilities or in the Birdcage club.
All park facilities and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of the guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do so at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accident due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park.
Small pets (two max) are allowed in the rental cabins 1, 2, & 3 and Rental RVs with a $50 pet fee (per pet). If you have more than 2 small, or large dogs, please call to confirm.
Aggressive dogs, or dogs that show agression to other dogs, or guests, will not be allowed on the park premisses. Their owners will be immediaately asked to vacate with no refund of reservation fees.
Management reserves the right to evict or refuse service to any person or persons who break or disregard any rules without refund. Management reserves the right to make changes to the policies and rules, regulations, and fees when necessary.
